ARC (Autism Resource Centre)
ARC is a sensory friendly and nurturing life skills centre that provides a bespoke therapeutic and training environment for young people and adults who have ASC and/or other complex needs.

Astor Court
Astor Court, Extra Care Housing consists of 30 self contained one and two bedroom flats. Each flat has its own front door, bedroom(s), lounge, kitchen and bathroom including WC and shower.

Astor Hall Care Home
We provide care for 26 residential clients, and additional day care clients. We accept people with disabilities over the age of 18.

Dementia Day Centre
For those with memory loss or dementia we provide a specialist day care service providing meaningful, varied and personalised activities.

Dewi-Sant Residential Home
Dewi-Sant is a 34 bed residential home, situated in Mannamead area of Plymouth. It specialises in dementia and other complex conditions, supported by a versatile facility and team of trained professionals.

Headway Plymouth
Headway Plymouth was specifically set up as a specialist organisation to support and meet the needs of adults with acquired brain injuries and associated neurological disorders. There is additional provision to support carers, family and friends in the local area and surrounding districts.
