Plymouth Community Assist
Are you struggling with an issue that is affecting your life, but don't require the direct help of adult social care or health services?
Plymouth Community Assist (PCA) could help. Your wellbeing request may feel small but if you need help and support with it give us a call.
With the goal of promoting healthier, more independent lifestyles for longer, PCA offers a range of preventative and complementary services that work alongside the NHS and adult social care.
The services include discussions about accessing community groups to combat isolation, maximising income, form filling, utility and food provision, support for long-term health conditions, housing, and free legal advice to name but a few.
The experienced PCA team is available to provide you with high-quality information, advice, support, and signposting, helping you to make informed decisions about your well-being.
Even if your request feels small, don't hesitate to reach out for help and support.
Opening hours
The service is open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, but closed on all bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year.
