Provider Outbreak Report
Please complete our short online Provider Outbreak Report form to let us know if you have an infection outbreak, how many people are affected and the dates.
The information you submit will help ensure our Commissioning Team can support you in the best possible way.
It's that time again. Time to get your COVID-19 and Flu booster.
Have you, your colleges, or those people that you support had their COVID and Flu vaccinations yet?
If not, then it's quick and easy to make sure you received your vaccinations, and it only takes a few minutes.
If you are a frontline health and social care worker, then you can visit the Home Park Vaccination Centre, but there are other locations in the city that you can choose from.
The One Devon website contains all the information you need.
A full list of pharmacies offering both COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations is available on the NHS website.
National Booking Service
We have been advised that the National Booking Service is currently focused on the over-65s, but that from Monday, November 6 November all frontline health or social care workers will be able to book an appointment.
Remember to update the Capacity Tracker
Please ensure that you update the Capacity Tracker with the number of staff that have received their COVID and Flu vaccinations.
Why is this important?
We need the vaccination data to be as accurate as possible, as we use it to inform all our planning decisions. If the data is wrong, then we might not be able to make the right decisions to support you and our most vulnerable adults within our city.

This means that the actual end point of the scheme is dependent on the item requested - more detail on that here.
