Serco is a registered Ofsted Grade 2 national training provider of Apprenticeships and is well placed to offer work-based competency training to both businesses and employees to support their career progression.
This service is provided by Serco's Skills team which is part of Serco's Employment, Skills and Enterprise (ESE) business. ESE sits under Serco's Citizen Services unit within the UK & Europe, Local and Regional Government division.
There are around 750 Apprentices in Serco and as a major supplier to the UK central government, we aim to continue to support Apprenticeships in a diverse range of roles across as many of our contracts as possible.
Serco offers Apprenticeships to over 200 job types in a range of industries including

Our aim is to have a dynamic, engaged workforce that will draw on the best of the nation's talent in challenging, yet inspiring roles. We also provide apprenticeship support to training providers across the country.
