It is our aim to treat every child as an individual and not only promote their academic skills but also develop a well rounded individual who has an inquisitive mind, is tolerant and understanding of others' points of view and will make a positive contribution to the society they are in both now and in the future.
We greatly value the relationships between home and school as a way of promoting the very best for your child.

We are very proud to have an inclusive ethos at our school and all our staff are trained to encourage children's development by using a consistent and nurturing approach.
All pupils in our school receive high quality teaching; a range of teaching and learning styles are used and appropriate learning objectives are set for all children, matched to their individual needs.
Within each year group, classes are supported by highly-skilled Teaching Assistants who support individuals or small groups in their learning. They also deliver a range of intervention programmes to support children's development in specific areas of learning.
At our school, we recognise children's emotional and social well-being is key to being a successful learner; our school provides trained staff, in a variety of roles, to support children in developing these skills. Trauma-informed practice and the 'Thrive Approach' are embedded in our daily practice, ensuring the best possible support for the children at our school.
All of our support staff (including breakfast, after-school club staff and Meal Time Assistants) know our children extremely well and follow the same consistent, nurturing approach to support children's needs and maintain consistency for them throughout the school day.
