We also believe that schools should be inclusive and their staff should have the skills to meet a wide range of individual needs effectively. We can offer specialist advice and insight to your team and supporting your staff in situ.

Our skilled teams will work in your learning environment, supporting your staff to understand the various impacts on the children / young people in your setting. We can provide modelled support for your class teams, offering practice based training to staff and interventions that are effective.

We can offer shadowing opportunities and experiences in the special school setting to give staff confidence in using unfamiliar techniques or to see them in action on a larger scale. Our proactive approach has been shown to be effective in ensuring children / young people stay within Plymouth to access their education.
