Our aim is to increase housing option to meet individual need in locations of choice across Devon, Plymouth and Cornwall. Alongside managing our own housing stock we work closely with the private rented sector to secure suitable homes for our vulnerable customers, working in conjunction with local support providers to enhance independence and quality of life.

Our range of tenancy support services are adapted and made accessible to all regardless of need promoting a personalised customer focused service.
