We are a team of caring, non-judgemental staff and volunteers dedicated to providing around the clock support to anyone affected by missing, alongside our partners and supporters across the UK.

Our caring and highly trained staff and volunteers will discuss your options and try to get you the support you need. If you're worried about the safety of a missing person, we would encourage you to contact the police as a first point of call.

We won't judge you, we won't tell you what to do. We will listen and understand your situation, explaining your options and helping you work out what you want or need to do.

We are a lifeline when someone disappears.

Some missing people you will have heard of, but many more you won't. For their families, life can feel like a desperate and unbearable struggle as they wait for days or even years. That's why we are here for missing people and their families, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide free and confidential support by phone, text or email.
