NSPCC Child Protection Helpline

A free national 24-hour helpline service which provides counselling, information and advice to anyone concerned about a child at risk of abuse. Members of the public, including parents and other family members can call in to receive advice and guidance.

Staffed by qualified social work counsellors who will listen to callers' concerns and decide with them if action is required.

Our helpline can be contacted at any time on 0808 800 5000 and those who call will be able to speak with a trained NSPCC practitioner about any concerns and receive the necessary support.

The NSPCC also has a service centre in Plymouth that offers programmes for children that have been affected by sexual abuse. 

The Plymouth Service Centre can provide you with information on any more services they provide in the Plymouth area.
