We have a strong track record of engaging people through delivery of integrated, responsive and locally accountable services in the fields of housing management, young people, maintenance contracts, training plus support for under represented and vulnerable people.

Starting as a campaigning residents group in the 1980's and becoming a tenant management organisation (TMO) in 1994, Pembroke EMB has achieved excellent practical results and national recognition.

Running throughout our service provision is a commitment to inclusion and empowering local people to become trained and employed.

There is an ongoing commitment to partnership working and sharing our experiences of community regeneration, housing management and local service delivery with other across Devonport, the City and nationally.
