Ecotherapy SEET Group @ Poole Farm

Community Youth Event - Ecotherapy Promotional Image

Ecotherapy is a nature-based therapeutic intervention for young people aged between 11 and 18 years old aimed at improving mental and emotional wellbeing.

Studies have shown the mental health benefits of ecotherapy to be mood-enhancing and stress-reducing. It can also increase self-confidence, emotional regulation, wellbeing, and emotional resilience.

This session allows young people to come and make new friends and work towards digital badges that can enhance their CV while completing practical work experience.
