Livewell South west- Plymouth Options

Plymouth Options are able to provide support via telephone appointment, video consultation or an offer of computerised CBT. Due to COVID-19 we are not able to offer face to face appointments at this time. Make a referral online or email plymouthoptions@nhs.net. If you are not able to refer in this way we can accept referrals via our phone line on 01752 435419 but there may be a delay due to our limited admin resource.
