Plymouth City Council's Cabinet Member for Children and Young People has joined forces (virtually) with the Youth Parliament Members to send messages to Plymouth's Young People.
Councillor Jemima Laing said: "These are really challenging times for Plymouth and I know that a lot of our young people will be feeling extremely anxious and worried as we deal with the impact of the Coronavirus. However it's also important to remember that our young people are incredibly strong and resilient, which is why I want our fantastic Youth Parliament Members to share some messages with the rest of the city's young people. I know this is difficult but by working together and following Government advice around social distancing we are all doing our bit to make a difference. I'd like to thank each and every young person for doing their bit to help us tackle the coronavirus epidemic. Thank you."
