Please find updates below on provision available from health services supporting young people with special education needs and disabilities:
NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group's frequently asked questions about health services during the coronavirus pandemic for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and can be found here
The CAMHS Neuro-developmental and Severe Learning Disability Teams are still available for families and young people who may need advice and support. We are not currently able to offer routine appointments face to face but we have been working hard to offer appointments either by phone or by video call.
We are keen for you to be able to keep in contact with us and we have therefore continued to maintain a duty system (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 01752 435125) and we would urge you to telephone us with any queries or concerns you may have regarding your child's mental health.
If you have concerns between the hours of 5pm and midnight please contact our CAMHS Outreach Team (COT) on 01752 435122.
The Child Development Centre team continues to be available should families or young people require any help or support. The majority of our appointments will go ahead but are likely to take place by telephone or video call. If a face-to-face appointment is required then we will discuss with you how best we safely arrange this.
You are welcome to contact us using our normal contact numbers or via reception on 01752 439408. However, should you have a new query or be unable to contact your usual clinician, then please contact us via email@example.com.
