When our normal coping skills no longer help us to feel better and the everyday tasks feels overwhelming, little things might feel daunting. The primary purpose of our session will focus on how to overcome your difficulties to create a better and meaningful quality of life. No two people are the same; therefore, together in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, we can plan a person-centred healing plan.
Falling in love can be easy, but staying in love requires consistent effort and mutual respect. The two main reasons that relationships fail is lack of communication and unmet high expectations. As these feelings simmer, resentment and anger builds up and can damage the fragility of the relationship. These challenges can present difficulties and can effect our well-being and relationship with others. We can explore the inner interpersonal problems in order to bridge and restore the trust and love in the relationship. When facing problems in the relationship, couples may forget to prioritise each other and forget what was the relationship when it first started. We can explore those feelings and help strengthen the dynamic bond between each other by building the communication and coping skills to help them to really see each other similar to how they did at the beginning of the relationship.
