Our aim is to offer a therapeutic relationship which we hope will facilitate positive change in our clients' lives. In addition, we can also provide sessions at a location to suit you.
Our sessions enable you to explore difficulties or problems with a person who will listen with acceptance. It can be difficult to talk with friends or family about concerns, counselling can enable you to communicate worries or painful experiences without fear of judgement. We hope that through the process of sharing you will benefit from a new understanding of your issues and yourself.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Our sessions are discreet, safe and in strict confidence. Counselling is personal. We recognise the importance of getting the relationship right to get the outcome you want. We'll work together to identify problems with safety and acceptance
