Workplace Wellbeing Training
Poor mental health is now the number one reason for employee absence, with at least one in six workers experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression in any given week.
Workplace wellbeing training from Devon Mind offers a cost-effective way to promote mental wellbeing in your organisation and at home. We aim to enhance workplace wellbeing by raising awareness, sharing practical strategies and increasing confidence to support others. We deliver courses to a growing range of local companies, national organisations, universities, colleges and blue light services such as the police, fire, coastguard and ambulance.
Our courses include:
- Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
- Wellbeing in the Workplace
- Mental Health Awareness
