Storyjug Workshop formats are designed to meet the needs of different people facing similar challenges - so there are Online Workshops to accommodate similar people who live in geographically dispersed areas, and there are real time, real life workshops to support local individuals and groups who want to meet up and share the experience together.

Psychology Associates

At Psychology Associates we help people of all ages to overcome psychological difficulties or mental health problems. Our specialist services include Mental Health Assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments to identify treatment plans and methods of interventions such as psychological therapies to support adults with their difficulties.

The Mix

The Mix provides a free, confidential helpline that gives young people in difficult situations the support and information they need to decide what they want to happen next. It could be anything from a listening ear to somewhere safe to stay for the night. The Mix is for young people who know they need help but don't know where to find it. They can talk to us by phone, email and webchat any day of the year.
