Community CAMHS - Livewell Southwest
The Community CAMHS team supports children, young people and their families from age 5 until their 18th birthday, who are registered with a Plymouth GP and where there are concerns regarding emotional wellbeing and mental ill health.

The team is made up of a variety of professionals who have experience working with children, young people and families, and includes mental health nurses, children's nurses, learning disability nurses, social workers, children and young people's wellbeing practitioners, community support workers and psychologists.
Community CAMHS offers consultation, assessment, group work, intervention and training.
