Swedish designed and purpose built, Freshfields is a hidden gem that overlooks the Tamar Estuary offering first class care in comfortable surroundings. Set over 2 floors, the home enjoys excellent sound and thermal insulation qualities making it peaceful and cosy, while it's carefully thought out layout provides ample areas for residents to relax and spend their time.

Access to the garden and summer house is provided through the large terrace with its raised flower beds that doubles as an area for various gardening projects. The central lounge and spacious conservatory allow residents to mingle and chat, providing a social hub in the centre of the home. Walking down the wide corridors to the large dining room you'll catch a scent of that day's meal from our carefully prepared menu while Charlie the cat is always happy to see you at reception.

Freshfields has 36 single bedrooms and one double, all with an en-suite. The majority of en-suite bathrooms have fixed bath hoists.

Each individual also has regular GP, Physiotherapy and chiropody visits.
