Kanner provides services for up to five service users, accommodation is provided over two floors. The house is split down into individual units comprising of separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom adapted to meet the individual needs.

There are large front & rear gardens. In the rear garden there is a heated swimming pool, it is used for a range of water therapies as well swimming.
