Southview Care Home
Southview is an ordinary house in an ordinary street that the people we support call home. Our house is situated in the Stoke area of Plymouth and we offer accommodation and specialist support for up to three adults who have a learning disability or Autism.
We offer 24/7 residential support and are committed to providing active support to empower and encourage Individuals to develop the skills they need to be as independent as possible.
By providing the highest quality person centred support and care, we encourage Individuals to work towards a level of independence that matches with their confidence, aspirations and their desired outcomes.
Plymouth City Council Quality Assurance Team awarded us with an "Innovation in Quality Assurance System Award" for our commitment and processes we use to ensure the service we provide reflects our commitment to meet and exceed expectations.
We also have embraced our Health and Wellbeing Champion efforts to promote healthier food and exercise. We look for opportunities to build better health by regularly use a range of exercise opportunities that supports our commitment to provide good care and support.
