Astor Court, Extra Care Housing consists of 30 self contained one and two bedroom flats. Each flat has its own front door, bedroom(s), lounge, kitchen and bathroom including WC and shower.

Devonport Views, based in Devonport is an extra care housing scheme for older people or people with disabilities and provides 42 self-contained flats, with a mix of one or two bedrooms for rent so that residents can keep their independence.

Edgcumbe Court enjoys wonderful facilities and a stunning seaside location. It is a small development of only 45 assisted living apartments within beautiful mature gardens, with views and a summerhouse overlooking Plymouth Sound.
