From new build Edgcumbe Court was fully occupied in July 2017. The original price guide for new apartments ranged, from £149,000 for the smallest one bedroom, to a three-bedroom penthouse with sea view and terrace at £520,000. The average price for a two-bedroom apartment was around £265,500.

Viewing of any available apartment is only possible by arranging an appointment through ourselves. Edgcumbe Court is a private development and all areas are for the sole use of apartment owners. Please do not enter the building without a prior viewing appointment.
It is a condition of purchase that apartment owners are capable of independent living and 60 years +. All properties pay an annual service charge, which provides practical help and support, including domestic cleaning and laundry, a guest suite, daily availability of a three-course lunch, maintenance and security, and a 24-hour emergency response service. Every apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and 3-piece wet room shower room.
