The Human Support Group Plymouth

As a main provider of care for Plymouth Local Authority we provide home care services to you if you live in the Plymouth area. We can also supply private packages of care to you if you are living independently in your own home in the local community.

This means you can:

• live your life as independently as possible
• relax, knowing you will be supported by our professional friendly care team.

As your needs change over time, you'll know there is always someone looking out for you and helping you stay safe and comfortable.

If you have been referred to us by a Social Worker or GP then we will be in touch to arrange your package of care with you.

If you are looking for private care we can help you with choosing exactly what support you want, how often, and when.

It might be to help with washing and dressing, moving around, getting out and about, or taking medication. It might be shopping, housework or meal preparation. Or it might just be a reassuring weekly chat with a friendly face.

Whatever your needs, your care team will always include people with the relevant expertise - whether that be with personal care, helping to use mobility.
