Care Packages

Positive Steps Care and Support Limited offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the people using the service.

Care is provided in partnership with service users, their carers and relatives whilst respecting their diverse needs, preferences and choices.

We make it our standard practice for a member of our management team to visit each service user before commencing the service. This is in order for us to understand the individual situation and then provide the most suitable package accordingly.

Positive Steps Care and Support Ltd provide experienced staff with the individual's personality, personal interests, aspirations and well-being in mind.

This is achieved initially by a service user assessment and working with the individual to capture and document their person-centred support plan, ensuring a standard of excellence, which embraces the fundamental principles of commendable care and support.

This is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care/support within these environments.

Positive Steps Care and Support Ltd aims to provide a service which safeguards and promotes the health, welfare and life of vulnerable people living in their own homes.

Positive Steps Care and Support has a person-centred approach that aims to deliver a service of excellence. Our staff are committed to meeting aims and objectives.
