Belgrave Road

Belgrave Road is situated within the busy community of Mutley Plain. There are plenty of local facilities, on the main bus route and it is a short walk to the City Centre/University of Plymouth.

Church House is situated in Ham, a residential area of Plymouth. The property is co-located with Morice Baptist Church and Crossroads.

Pasley Street is situated in the popular residential area of Stoke in Plymouth. The house is near amenities including Stoke Village shopping area and Devonport & Central Parks, the Torpoint Ferry and bus routes serving the City and Derriford Hospital.

Sutherland Road

Sutherland Road is situated within the busy community of Mutley Plain. There are plenty of local facilities, on the main bus route and it is a short walk to the City Centre/University of Plymouth.

Additional information

To access these services clients would need to have provision for a minimum of 10 support hours per week funded through direct payments, private funding, social services or personal budgets.

  • Maintaining and managing your tenancy/ tenancy related support

Enabling support:

  • Self-motivation and a low level of emotional support
  • Knowing your rights and mediation
  • Help with medical appointments
  • When the time is right for you we will support you to move on to more independent accommodation.

  • Plymouth City Council funded Floating Support Services
  • Plymouth City Council Housing Advice
  • Devon and Cornwall Probation Area Referrals will be prioritised based on individual need.

Monday to Friday during the day with some on-site time at weekends and a 24 hour on-call number at all other times.

A referral / support needs assessment is needed to ensure we can meet an individual's support needs. A minimum of 10 hours support per week is required.
