The Lodge provides services to people with moderate Learning Disabilities and associated physical and Mental Health related condition.
The Lodge is a supported living service in the centre of Plymouth, for 2 people living and sharing a house together.
The Lodge has two large bedrooms each with en suite bathroom facilities, a communal lounge, large fully equipped kitchen/diner, front garden and rear enclosed patio area. The whole accommodation is on one level with stepped access at the front.
The Lodge offers the people who live there a person centred approach tailored to the needs of the individual. Community participation and involvement is actively encouraged through person centred planning to meet individual goals and aspirations which keep the person safe and happy.
Focus of service
Using a person centred approach the support provided centres on individual need and focuses on developing independence, person-centred life skills, communication, social skills and choice.
The Lodge is a recently re-furbished supported living service in a quiet residential street in central Plymouth; it has easy access to the city centre and many local amenities, is on a major bus route and is within easy walking distance of Plymouth train station.

This service is staffed 24/7. 1:1 support hours are according to the needs of the individuals who live there. This service is managed by and linked with our Dom Care service provision in Plymouth as part of our portfolio of services across Plymouth.
