Cann Bridge school (formerly known as Downham School in Plymstock) is a special school for pupils aged 3-19 who have severe learning difficulties
The school is purpose built and opened in September 2012 on the Tor Bridge Partnership site.
The Partnership consists of four individual schools Tor Bridge High, Tor Bridge Primaryand Plym Bridge Nursery each of whom share some of the many amazing resources such as state of the art sports facilities, small animal farm and the solar dome and large community library.
