Our Independence@Home service offers short-term and emotional well-being support for adults with Physical and Sensory Disabilities, Learning Disabilities or those who need extra support following reablement from a stay within the hospital setting.
The care team consists of, a dedicated Care Co-ordinator, and professional, experienced, fully trained carers that are chosen to meet your needs. Providing a regular, reliable and flexible approach to your care. Giving you continuity and consistency of care which is paramount.
We aim to enable you to maintain your independence within your own home and your local community.

We have an in-house Quality Monitoring Officer who will ensure your care is delivered in the way you wish. You may feel hesitant about using a care service, however, your care package is personalised to meet your individual needs.
