Memory café at Southway Library

A new memory café has launched at Southway Library.

The café is open to anyone worried about their memory loss or someone else’s memory loss, those living with dementia and their carers.

The weekly session will provide support and information, activities including quizzes and puzzles and guest speakers. Refreshments are provided.

The new memory café at Southway Library will run on Thursdays from 10am to midday.

Memory cafés also run at the Central Library on Mondays and St Budeaux Library on Fridays, both from 10am to midday.

At Plympton Library a similar session, the Memory Conservatory, runs fortnightly on Mondays from 2pm to 4pm.
