Plymouth cycling maps
Plymouth is a great city to cycle in, for both leisure and commuting. In addition to the numerous traffic-free cycle routes why not try Dartmoor or venturing into Cornwall if you're feeling more adventurous?

Cycling groups
Guided Rides
Meet new people and discover new routes with support from trained Ride Leaders. Fun and informal, these rides are open for everyone in the whole family to enjoy. Even better, it's completely free to take part.
Breeze Rides
Breeze is a British Cycling initiative that encourages women to get fit and have fun on their bikes. Local Breeze Champions organise and lead a number of women-only rides, which take place on accessible routes and in small friendly groups.
Bike and Baby Rides
Bike and Baby offers a unique opportunity to ride a bike with your baby or toddler (1 year to 4.5 years) in a traffic- free environment. Bike and Baby Rides run from April to October and include bike hire, trailers, bike seats and helmets for a small charge.
For more information on the above initiatives, please contact the Sports Development Unit on 01752 307008 or email sportsdev@plymouth.gov.uk
