COVID-19 Provider Update Report

From 31 July you do not need to complete the COVID-19 Provider Update Report, which is part of the Plymouth Online Directory.

You should, instead, update the National Capacity Tracker each day.

The government is asking providers to complete their submissions once a month.

However, we are asking you to please complete the National Capacity Tracker form each day. The reason for this is that it gives our Commissioning Team the best chance to identify any potential problems and help support you.
