Emotional health and wellbeing support

Emotional health is about how we feel, think and behave. Having good emotional health is important as it affects all aspects of our daily lives.

Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues.

Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future.

Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change behaviour and overcome problems in desired ways.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to try to treat conditions or change habits.
